Quincy Rowhouse is the result of a 2013 Restoration of a 100+ year old federal style rowhouse in Petworth, DC located only 1 block to the Petworth Metro Station. The property consists of a 4 bed|2.5 bath upper unit and a separate 2 bed|1 bath lower unit. During the restoration the shared brick party wall was repointed, the original hydronic heating system was saved along with a clawfoot bathtub.
