Built in 2019, this 2 unit co-living property features white oak hardwood floors, custom built-in closets throughout, custom kitchen cabinets to the ceiling, a custom walnut island topped with quartz, and 2 brand new high-efficiency washers/dryers. These two flats employ sound attenuation techniques throughout the property and are as energy efficient as possible.  We covered the entire roof with a large solar array, selected low flow fixtures, energy efficient appliances and opted for quality and sustainability when selecting building materials.
