Aga Flats, are three expertly-crafted communal living dwellings, built with the city life in mind. Each residence features ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom, ideal for privacy. Located in the central D.C. neighborhoods of Columbia Heights / Parkview these townhouse style units feature spacious kitchens with custom-built cabinets, quartz countertops with seating for 6, and two refrigerators ensuring ample room for multiple cooks. 2 water heaters and 2 washer/dryers help maximize convenience for residents. Each unit is complete with designer fixtures, white oak floors and stair treads, custom steel railings, and practical communal-space furniture. The sustainable approach to construction coupled with solar panels help keep utility costs low for residents.
